We would like to invite you to participate in our third annual Western Massachusetts Emergency Medical Services Conference to be held at the Holyoke Holiday Inn and Conference Center in Holyoke, MA on Friday, November 13 and Saturday, November 14, 2009. The focus of this conference is to highlight topics of interest to EMS providers, ambulance service managers and owners, EMS educators, dispatchers, firefighters, police officers, nurses, doctors and other health care workers. Sponsors play an integral part of this conference and we look forward to working with you to make it a success. We have several opportunities for you become involved and they are outlined in the enclosed documents. You will have the opportunity to showcase your products, services and educational offerings to our attendees. We have enclosed our sponsorship opportunities and application.
